2. What data we process

• The message and information you provide through the contact form.
• The information you voluntarily share by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Occasionally, health-related information, only if you choose to provide it voluntarily so that we can handle your enquiry or appointment request.

3. Purpose of processing

• Respond to your enquiries and requests for information.
• Manage your appointment requests.
• Maintain the necessary professional communications.
• Handle requests received through the form, phone, email or WhatsApp.

4. Legal basis

• The application of pre-contractual measures or the handling of your request, when you get in touch for information or an appointment.
• Your consent, given when you submit the form and accept this policy.
• For health-related data, processing is based on your explicit consent and is limited to what is necessary for professional care when you provide it voluntarily.

5. Data retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. When it is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.

Data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. For the site to function, providers acting as data processors may be involved:

• WhatsApp / Meta, only if you choose that channel to communicate.

The form is not intended to collect detailed clinical information. Do not include unnecessary sensitive clinical information. If you need to explain your case, do so in general terms; the details can be expanded during your session. This form is also not intended for medical emergencies: in an emergency, contact the emergency services.
